Being a Freight Manager / Freight Consultant, KIS utilises the growing network & infrastructure of our carefully selected suppliers. This means we do not have our own depots or vehicles. By using the KIS platform it entitles you access to over 15,000 discounted rates & one point of contact for multiple leading carriers.

We give you the freedom & control to choose the carrier you want to use. We just point you in the right direction.

Put simply, bulk buying power! Because KIS consolidates hundreds of customers freight movements we continually negotiate the best rates and pass them onto you.

KIS handles all Customer Care enquiry’s in house. Simply call 1300 929 669 & one of our friendly team members will be on hand to assist you. No need to waste time on hold, every phone call is answered by a real person. We have direct contact with specialised customer service teams within the carriers we use. This essentially skips the queue & ensures the problem is solved in a time effective manner.

Simply fill out our Credit Application Form. Once we have received the completed forms you can make a booking instantly over the phone and you will have access to our online portal within 48 hours.

KIS is not a common carrier and does not insure goods. Each carrier on the KIS portal has its own unique policy and coverage at extra cost. We recommend the sender organises their own transit insurance to cover for any losses or damages.

If no authority to leave (ATL) is given on the connote the driver will leave a calling card.  If you wish to organise a re-delivery, you can do so, however additional fees may be applicable.   If your receiver isn’t going to be available to sign for the freight, but wants to authorise an ATL, please ask them to fill in the Authority To Leave form and leave on their door.

Yes. Manual connotes are available for each carrier. Some charges may apply. Simply call 1300 929 669 to book in your pick up.

Yes. Many of our carriers are licenced to carry most types of DGs. Depending on the carrier an extra fee will apply. It is important that you declare if you are sending Dangerous goods.  You must attach a copy of the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and Dangerous Good Declaration Form with the consignment.

KIS can organise a tail gate truck at extra charge. Please note some slight delays may occur depending on availability.

Yes, KIS have multiple carriers that can cater to time slot delivery requirements.  Please call 1300 929 669 for more information.

Goods need to be in the receiving depot 24 hours before the time slot.  Details of the time slot must be in the “Delivery Instructions” and an email must be sent to timeslots@kistransport.com.au with the connote number and details of the delivery.

Yes, KIS can organise International Imports and Exports.  Please fill in one of the online request forms and a friendly Customer Care representative will be in touch.

For International Air Freight you will have to have 3 copies of a commercial invoice printed for the driver, or three copies of the Customs Declaration (if no commercial invoice is available eg for samples or gifts)
