A web browser based application
SendIT WEB is a multi carrier system that provides functionality for creation of consignments, allocation of connote numbers, price lookup and selection, DG’s and other common type of functions such as receiver lookup. The web based version is designed for lower volume shippers who may have a distributed dispatch structure including return freight requirements. The web interface also offers tools for track and trace and POD retrieval, statistics and invoice retrieval as well as an ability to save and convert quotes into a job. Current development is to allow customers to create and track customer service enquiries via a web interface to our customer service module.
An installed application that resides on the customer’s premises.
This application can be multi carrier and multi user and is customised to make the carriers that are to be used active. SendIT can also be configured for multiple accounts, printing options for labels and connotes as required by each carrier. Labels are produced to match the carrier requirements including allocation of consignment numbers and article (item) numbers from carrier specified ranges. SendIT also caters for user defined item types, Dangerous Goods and several different formats for manifests. SendIT also has price lookup and carrier/service selection based on price options. SendIT is branded to reflect the organisation providing the software to the customer. Additional functions are included for automatic operation when interfaced with data from other systems such as SAP, Navision or Pronto. Automatic ASN emails can be sent from SendIT if required. Daily consignment manifests are uploaded to ChainIT. SendIT also retains receiver names and addresses for ongoing recall.
